The client is looking for revamped website of. The website shall have all the details of the current website but in a highly organized and user friendly manner. The website shall be built on Custom php/word press platform and shall include the following modules:
1) Content Management System: This shall help the client to edit and create content for pages that are lying into the website. Also the menu option in the header can be managed using the same system.
2) News Management Section: This section will help client to post daily News. The visitors shall read the same will also have the feasibility to comment upon the same.
3) Document Uploading System: This system shall help clients in uploading of News and performance evaluation in format like (.PDF or PPT). This section will be designed in such a manner that uploaded documents will open like a book to the visitors.

As our customer, you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organization. You agree to provide us with everything that we need to complete the project including text, images and other information as and when we need it, and in the format that we ask for. You agree to review our work, provide feedback and sign-off approval in a timely manner too. Deadlines work two ways and you will also be bound by any dates that we set together. You also agree to stick to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract.
Upon completion of this Performance Period, Contractor and Client will have the option to renew this agreement for an additional then-stated number of hours at the then-current hourly rate for those resources identified.
If Developer terminates this Agreement because of Client’s default, all of the following shall
apply:
Client shall immediately cease use of the Developer Content;
1.Client shall, within ten days of such termination, deliver to Developer all copies and
2.portions of the Developer Content and related materials and documentation in its
possession furnished by Developer under this Agreement;
All amounts payable or accrued to Developer under this Agreement shall become

All rights and licenses granted to Client under this Agreement shall immediately terminate
The charges included here do not include taxes. If Developer is required to pay any federal, state,
or local sales, use, property, or value added taxes based on the services provided under this
Agreement, the taxes shall be separately billed to Client. Developer shall not pay any interest or
penalties incurred due to late payment or nonpayment of such taxes by Client.
